About me
Hi, im Shauna, owner of Elevate PT and occasionally a competitive athlete. As well as being a health and exercise enthusiast, I’m a qualfied L3 Personal Trainer, L1 CrossFit Coach and Gym Instructor. Throughout your journey I’ll be with you every step of the way, helping you become the happiest version of yourself.
I’ve been training with Shauna now for over a year and my sessions continue to be challenging yet rewarding. My workouts are tailored to my goals and needs, and ensures my technique is correct throughout each movement to avoid any injuries.
Shauna makes me feel relaxed and confident while training, and is continuously motivating me to do my best! I have no hesitations when recommending her to be your Personal Trainer.
Shauna has been training me, helping me build strength, endurance and confidence since 2022, and the results I have achieved couldn’t have been reached without her sessions. All my workouts are designed to be hard but rewarding, and I am enjoying next to nothing in terms of injury - something i struggled with in the past due to lack of strength knowledge. She’s my biggest cheerleader and I can’t wait to see what we achieve in 2024.
